At RADIUS, we believe marriage is a lifelong covenant relationship between a man and a woman that is designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church. The marriage ministry at RADIUS has the sole purpose of making disciples within the marriage context. We believe that the closer a husband and wife are to Jesus Christ, the more their marriage will flourish and honor God.

Premarital Mentoring at RADIUS Church

Congratulations on your engagement! We are thrilled to support you both as you work towards building a joyful, God-honoring, Christ-centered marriage.
 
In the Premarital Mentoring program, engaged couples walk through 4 sessions of content with a mentor couple from our church. Both the fiancé and fiancée will need to fill out the form to apply for premarital mentoring.

Premarital Mentoring - Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a RADIUS Partner in order to receive premarital mentoring from RADIUS Church?
No. You do not have to be a RADIUS Partner to participate in our premarital mentoring sessions.
Do my fiancé and I have to complete premarital mentoring before getting married?
Yes, if you desire that someone from RADIUS Church officiate your wedding. We require that you attend all premarital mentoring sessions and complete all prescribed assignments.
Where will we meet for premarital mentoring?
You and your fiancé may find yourselves at a coffee shop, at a restaurant, or in the dining room of your marriage mentors. Where you meet will depend heavily on aligning your schedules with those of your mentors.
Is there a fee associated with premarital counseling at RADIUS?
No. We offer premarital counseling free of charge.
Will someone from RADIUS be able to officiate my wedding?
Yes. While you can request a RADIUS officiant to perform your ceremony, please understand that their availability will vary and is dependent upon scheduling.
How long will it take to complete premarital mentoring?
On average, you can expect to meet with your marriage mentors for a total of four sessions. In certain situations, more sessions may be required. If that is the case, you can trust that your mentors will communicate accordingly.

Re|engage is a marriage-enrichment ministry designed for couples ready to invest time and energy into building a stronger bond; whether couples are struggling to get along, have broken relationships, or simply want to grow closer together, marriages in any condition can benefit.

What we do.

We will examine God’s design for marriage and apply principles from the Bible to guide towards growth with each other. Through a mix of large-group teaching and small-group discussion, you and your spouse are challenged and encouraged with practical ways to apply God’s design to your marriage.
