This is how I feel when God moves . . . .

Radius Family,

It is late and I am in awe of what is happening.  It has been a crazy week of activity.  Within the last 5 days we have had 3 new small groups spontaneously come together.  We have had husbands and wives have some very deep discussions that have been needed for years.  We have had some husbands and wives have some very frequent sex, which has been needed for years.  Meanwhile, we are scrambling as a staff to figure out how to fit 300+ people into our room and what that looks like.  We are also preparing to baptize 9 people this Sunday, and I am believing we will baptize even more than that because I am going to invite anyone who wants to follow Jesus to come and be baptized and follow this Sunday, right on the spot, just as it happened in Acts 2.

Let me go further and tell you about our February giving being double what it was in January, and in a deep recession!  Now we are in a position to bless those who desperately need it in these very hard economic times.  Or let me tell you about one of our small groups putting together a women's retreat for the spring, or a guy overcoming his addiction to pornography through confession, or another overcoming addiction to drugs.  And this is all in the last 10 days!!!  You can't generate these things, they are God ordained and He is eager to do some more among us.  And when God moves, I really feel like a Gladiator because nothing in this world is more empowering than to know that the God who created the universe is in you and filling you and using you to carry out his good purposes on this earth.  That is who we are at Radius and it is our privilege to serve our King.

See you on Sunday
